Serena Amlie
Prior to joining Spinnaker's ESOP team, Serena performed valuations of privately held companies for purposes including ESOP transactions and annual updates, shareholder disputes, estate and gift tax matters, and divorce. Her experience valuing ESOP-owned companies and educating ESOP participants on valuation topics enables Serena to be a resource to Spinnaker's ESOP clients and their employee owners.
Serena lives in Saratoga Springs, New York, and loves all that New York offers including skiing, kayaking, sailing, and fantastic Broadway shows. As a native of Kentucky and born into a thoroughbred-owning family, Serena loves spending time around horses.
Mason Eisenberg
Mr. Eisenberg serves as a Client Service Officer on the GreatBanc Client Services team, focused on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions. He has spent his entire career in the retirement plan and ESOP industry, giving him nearly a decade of expertise in employee ownership.
Before joining GreatBanc Trust Company in 2018, Mr. Eisenberg specialized in the administration and operations of employee benefit plans, particularly ESOPs. This hands-on experience makes him a highly effective consultant across a wide variety of ESOP fiduciary topics.

Outside the office, you’ll likely find Mason out on the lake enjoying the outdoors with his family. If the weather isn’t cooperating, there’s a good chance he’s at home binge watching the latest trending TV show.
Mr. Eisenberg is an active member of The ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree from Quincy University.
